To help y'all navigate traffic around Mike A. Myers Stadium today and tomorrow…
- Essential Squad Buses/vehicles can drop off by Mike A. Myers Stadium
- Please enter @ Dean Keeton (I-35 Get out # 236A) to Red River to avert congestion and proceed south to LBJ Lot 38
- Team buses can and then go park in Lot 115 (run across map)
- Teams/guests….per traffic, we encourage you lot to purchase parking in East Campus Garage (which is also valid in the highlighted east (light-green) lots indicated on the map.
- Pedestrian paths from the e lots are listed on the map.
- Please use https://utparking.clickandpark.com/ to larn individual parking
MISCELLANEOUS MEET PROTOCOLS
- Access to the Timing Bunker at the North end of the rails is restricted to essential personnel ONLY. Any run across direction/entry questions or concerns will need to exist taken to the Clerk of the Grade at the South end of the stadium.
- In the effect of protests, coaches may proceed to the peak of the timing bunker and requesting access to the Run into Director/Meet Referee(s) to review.

- Practices:
- Wed 3/23 practice requests: shakeout/practice requests at Mike A. Myers Stadium (4:30-7 p.m. CT) will be managed based upon availability. Practise availability will exist limited and all teams are not guaranteed access per safety protocols. Please e-mail texarelays@athletics.utexas.edu if you are interested in shaking out. **Midweek-Saturday practices will be conducted in the warm-upwardly area @ Darrell G Regal- Texas Memorial Stadium. Exception: Multi-Consequence athletes volition exist permitted to warm-up on the track prior to the showtime of the multi-events each day (with no other events being in the facility/on the track at that fourth dimension)
- Wednesday-Sat three/23-26: Practices are not permitted in Darrell K Imperial – Texas Memorial Stadium for athletes not competing (schools will be issued wristbands for athletes to enter the warm-up and competition areas for each day that they are competing). If they are not competing, they volition not be issued a wristband for access into the facilities (per our come across policies and procedures).
